If you have Private Insurance or Original Medicare and a Medigap plan, you will need to sign up separately for Dental, Vision and Hearing coverage. Medicare does not coverage dental, vision or hearing except as a result of diabetes or an accident.
If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, you will want to review the coverage you have with it and decide if you will need additional coverage. Some Advantage plans do not have comprehensive coverage.
Unless you already have dentures, you will most likely have some comprehensive dental costs ahead.
